As a provider of digital study notes, our policy is designed to be fair to customers while respecting the nature of digital goods.

General No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the study notes and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

Grounds for Refund Exceptions

We will consider a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Corrupted or Unreadable File: The file is confirmed to be technically defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened after repeated attempts.
  2. Gross Misrepresentation: The product description was grossly and materially misleading.
  3. Duplicate Purchase: You were mistakenly charged twice for the same product.

Refund Request Process

  1. Timeframe: You must submit a refund request within 7 Days of the purchase date.
  2. How to Request: Send an email to support@thephysicsvision.xyz with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST – [Order ID]”.
  3. Review: All requests are reviewed by The Physics Vision. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method via Razorpay/PhonePe within 5 business days.
